About This Plan

This sweetly designed Modern Farmhouse showcases a welcoming exterior and efficient interior in approximately 1,600 square feet of living space. While on the smaller side, the home features an abundance of exterior and interior design elements found in homes much larger than this. Packed full of charm and a design vision, the home’s exterior offers a large front covered porch with a double door entry and barn door accents on the garage; the porch features 10’ ceiling heights, wraps around the home slightly and expands to over 27’ in width. The garage offers two storage spaces, one closed and the other open which leads into the family’s utility room and mudroom. Entering the home from the front porch, there are unobstructed view lines to the back of the home and the rear covered porch. The rear porch features plenty of entertaining and relaxing space. Between the two porches are the great room and kitchen with an adjoining dining space. This open floor plan features 10’ ceiling heights, matching the porches for a consistent look and feel, a kitchen island to prep food on and a rear slider from the dining room to the porch.
